Wine and food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, with fine charcuterie or soft cheeses.
Also goes well with light dishes such as mixed salads, pasta with tomato sauce or grilled poultry dishes.

Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked when fully ripe. Part of the cuvée is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and lightness, while another part is aged in oak barrels to bring more complexity and structure to the wine.
