Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and meticulously sorted. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and purity of the Chardonnay’s aromas. The cuvée is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months to bring complexity and woody nuances to the wine.
