Wine and food pairing
Perfect with grilled meat dishes, such as steak au poivre, duck breast or leg of lamb.
Also pairs well with charcuterie dishes, hard cheeses or wild mushroom dishes.
It can be served with a chocolate dessert.

Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked when fully ripe. Vinification takes place by carbonic maceration, a traditional Beaujolais method in which whole bunches are fermented in closed tanks under an atmosphere of carbon dioxide. This ensures gentle extraction of aromas and tannins. After fermentation, the cuvée is aged in oak barrels to bring complexity and structure to the wine.
